- Demonstrated knowledge of industry recognised service management frameworks & methodologies and how these are applied to the development & continuous improvement of incident and problem management processes & tools in a large & complex service environment.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse & interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, identify trends to understand & resolve the underlying cause.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
