Senior Social Worker, Northern Beaches Child and Youth Mental Health Service

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work and eligibility for membership with AASW. Allied Health Professional requires experience as a level 2 clinician.
2. Demonstrated comprehensive training/qualifications and skills in assessment, formulation and providing treatment for children and adolescents affected by mental health problems, their families/carers and broader system of care through evidence-based individual, group and parent-focused therapies such as CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapies and family therapy.
3. Demonstrated ability to contribute to the teaching and learning capacity of the team including student and staff supervision and training, and quality improvement.
4. Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership, service coordination and support to a multi-disciplinary team.
