Senior Project Officer (Targeted Role) (2FTE)


Join our Aboriginal Workforce Transformation Unit in the Workforce Planning and Talent Development Branch at Ministry of Health for an exciting 12 month (temporary) opportunity and be part of the team enriching health in millions of ways every day.

  • Employment type: Full Time, Temporary (12 months)

About this role

The Senior Project Officer will manage strategic projects to meet key Aboriginal workforce strategies against the Aboriginal Transformation Agenda  

This role is based in the Workforce Planning and Talent Development Branch.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the planning and delivery of complex NSW state-wide workforce projects to deliver organisational initiatives. 

You will be working in an active and open team who value collaborative teamwork and the individual strengths you will bring to the role.

Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $120,859 - $133,183 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

In this role you will:

  • Work as part of a team to develop and implement strategies to foster a positive organisational culture that aligns with NSW Health's values and goals
  • Work closely with other units in Workforce Planning and Talent Development Branch including the Aboriginal Workforce Unit.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders ensuring effective collaboration and alignment
