Senior Project Officer, Connected Care
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated excellent project management skills and the ability to plan and implement complex Virtual Care related projects or policies on time.
- Demonstrated strong organisational skills and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a demanding professional environment.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) including the ability to synthesise and present complex concepts to diverse audiences to support strategic decision making.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in health preparing advice to executives to support informed decision making and implementation of complex projects.
- Demonstrated advanced interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills, with experience developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals and manage competing stakeholder perspectives.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders to develop solutions to complex issues.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from a variety of sources to make informed recommendations.
- The ability to pro-actively identify, manage and mitigate emerging risks in a multi-disciplinary health policy environment.
