Selection Criteria 

  1. Demonstrated excellent project management skills and the ability to plan and implement complex Virtual Care related projects or policies on time.
  2. Demonstrated strong organisational skills and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a demanding professional environment.
  3. Demonstrated excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) including the ability to synthesise and present complex concepts to diverse audiences to support strategic decision making.
  4. Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in health preparing advice to executives to support informed decision making and implementation of complex projects.
  5. Demonstrated advanced interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills, with experience developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals and manage competing stakeholder perspectives.
  6. Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders to develop solutions to complex issues.
  7. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from a variety of sources to make informed recommendations.
  8. The ability to pro-actively identify, manage and mitigate emerging risks in a multi-disciplinary health policy environment.
