The Senior Project Officer works within the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Clinical Services Team, leading system management of statewide programs delivering AOD treatment across NSW. The role ensures services are high-quality, evidence-based, and aligned with policy, clinical standards, and system priorities.
Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $133,348- $146,945 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards.

What you will be doing
Leading the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of AOD clinical programs and services.
Collaborating with Local Health Districts, Specialty Health Networks, and stakeholders to deliver safe, person-centred, and effective services.
Leading the development and implementation of clinical policy, guidelines, and frameworks to improve treatment outcomes.
Providing strategic advice and support to stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policies and continuous service improvement.
About you
We are seeking a motivated and committed individual who can support the work of NSW Health with:
Demonstrated experience working in and understanding of the NSW Health system and the alcohol and other drugs sector.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
Experience in co-ordinating and implementing clinical service delivery programs, or other relevant experience .
Demonstrated understanding of policies, legislation, and systems impacting on public health, AOD service delivery, or related matters.
