- Relevant qualifications and demonstrated high level skills and experience in facilities Capital Planning and Project Management.
- Knowledge and experience of government directions, policies and procedures relating to capital and asset management, including that of appropriate legislation relevant to the position.
- Proven high level leadership and change management skills and capacity to build an effective project team.
- Demonstrated ability to work with interdisciplinary teams to achieve a quality outcome.
- Computer literacy and experience with, Microsoft functions including excel, word and project and asset management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to identify occupational health and safety issues and design, implement and monitor strategies to address same.
- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel long distances across the LHD in the course of employment, including overnight stays as required.
