Selection Criteria
- AHPRA pharmacist registration with no restrictions.
- Demonstrated high levels skills and experience as a clinical pharmacist; this includes advanced level knowledge of therapeutics in the areas of oncology and haematology, relevant legislation and ability to apply these skills in practice.
- Experience in aseptic manufacture with demonstrated understanding of current national standards and regulations for compounding injectable products.
- Staff management experience in a public hospital environment, demonstrating an ability to lead, promote teamwork and innovation, and manage and supervise clinical and support staff.
- Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff and consumers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced, day-to-day clinical environment and effectively address unforeseen circumstances.
- Ability to develop and implement quality improvement activities or projects to improve pharmacy practice or services.
