  1. Demonstrated high level skills and experience as a clinical pharmacist including excellent therapeutic knowledge; a demonstrated in-depth understanding of oncology and haematology treatment protocols including knowledge and use of eviQ and other reference sources.
  2. Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary team, including a record of participation in clinical meetings and medical rounds
  3. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult effectively, advise and provide assistance to professional peers and other staff. Including computer literacy and ability to use health information systems.
  4. Experience in managing and developing quality improvement programs as well as training and education programs.
