- Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated high level clinical expertise and knowledge of a wide range of clinical conditions in the Rehabilitation team
- Demonstrated experience leading quality improvement processes and involvement in service evaluation and development
- Demonstrated experience implementing evidence into practice and knowledge and/or experience in research
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated experience in the management, clinical supervision and mentoring of staff and/or students
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively adapt to ongoing change to achieve health service outcomes
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and computer literacy in a range of programs
- Must possess a valid Australian Drivers Licence (excluding learner driver's licences). If not already in possession, a NSW Drivers Licence must be obtained within 3 months of appointment.
