Senior Mental Health Professional
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or eligibility for membership with AASW as a Social Worker in addition to expertise working in Older People’s Mental Health. Occupational Therapist and Social Workers must have demonstrated extensive experience as a level 2 . Registered Nurses must have minimum 5 years full time post-graduate experience and relevant post-registration qualifications and substantial experience in mental health and care co-ordination.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership, including mentorship and supervision to other mental health staff in the assessment, care planning and care delivery of people with complex mental health issues and comorbid conditions.
- Demonstrated high level ability to work effectively both as a member of a multidisciplinary team and independently, including establishing and maintaining partnerships and collaborative working with a range of internal and external key partners.
