Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management, Business, and/or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role, with a strong background in employee relations and industrial relations.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and IR frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and professionalism.
