Senior Dispensary Technician

2. Pharmacy Technician Certificate IV or equivalent qualification deemed by the employer, with relevant pharmacy experience and displays competency in performing complex tasks under supervision of a Pharmacist in specialist areas of practice such as sterile production, clinical trials, etc.
3. Demonstrated extensive experience working in a pharmacy environment.
4. Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
5. Proven time management skills and ability to prioritise workflow.
6. Proven ability to train, support, supervise and manage staff undertaking dispensary and quality improvement activities using effective written and oral communications skills.
7. Ability to initiate and co-ordinate quality improvement activities.
