  1. Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent working experience with a minimum two years’ experience working in contract administration, contract management or procurement.
  2. Detailed knowledge and understanding of the NSW Procurement Policy and NSW Health Pathology strategic direction is preferred.
  3. Contract administration experience operating within a similarly complex and specialized environment, with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and a wide geographical coverage.
  4. Experience in contract management policies and procedures and embedding best practice principles aligned to a public sector context.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities with demonstrated experience and ability to work with stakeholders to achieve effective contractual outcomes.
  6. Excellent organization and multitasking skills and detail driven, with the ability to take a broader view of the contract within the Health environment.
  7. Sound understanding and experience in supplier management, procurement and contracts metrics reporting including saving identification and reporting.
  8. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
