  1. Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and current registration with The Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) and ongoing professional learning.
  2. Extensive post graduate clinical experience working with frail older people and people with a disability in a community based setting.
  3. Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
  4. Demonstrated ability to provide high level clinical advice, education and support to others in providing service excellence.
  5. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a novel, complex or critical nature
  6. Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes.
  7. Demonstrated active participation in developing, implementing, and reporting on services
  8. Current Class C Drivers Licence and a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
