About the Team:

We work closely with managers, senior leaders, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to deliver impactful solutions, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals.
A Typical Day/Week

Partner with the Executive Director of People and Culture to design and implement transformational change initiatives.

Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to restructure policies, refine processes, and optimise workflows.

Drive engagement with teams across the organisation to support a seamless transition to new models of operation.

Monitor and address challenges while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.

Help teams navigate the customer centric solutions to reinvigorate People & Culture’s contribution in the business.
