About the opportunity
In this influential role, you will lead initiatives to strengthen the participation, retention and career development of women in construction across major health infrastructure projects. Working at the intersection of government and industry, you will deliver initiatives, analysis and advice contributing to lasting change.

The role will see you connecting HI project teams, major contractors and sub-contractors to workforce participation, employment, and skills development initiatives designed to attract, retain, and advance women—particularly in trade and non-traditional roles—within the construction industry.

You will also support the capture and reporting of data aligned to government diversity targets, and provide expert advice to Health Infrastructure’s leadership team on further application and benefit within the sector.

This is a fixed term full-time opportunity for one year period. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

About you
You are a strategic and collaborative professional with B2B stakeholder engagement and program delivery expertise and a passion for driving more inclusive employment outcomes in construction. You can build partnerships and networks to deliver initiatives within project environments with strong time, cost and risk parameters. You are analytical and data-driven, with an ability to track, report and translate insights into strategic advice to support long-term impact through diversity, inclusion and skills development.
