To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to form effective collaborative working relationships/ partnerships and positively influence a wide range of stakeholders to achieve best outcomes within available resources.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively organise, plan and prioritise work, completing requirements efficiently while responding appropriately to changing circumstances where necessary.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues for resolution coordination across key partners.
- Proven organisational skills including a high degree of initiative and flexibility, the ability to manage resources to meet competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve assigned goals and objectives in a high functioning team environment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports, policies and management briefs with good computer literacy including database, spread sheets, word processing and other applications used in the Windows environment.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
