  1. Degree in Health Science or Public Health or relevant field, or, equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience
  2. Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with patients, staff and affiliated organisations
  3. Experience working effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  4. Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise work and initiative to work with minimal supervision
  5. Demonstrated success conducting research activities with minimal supervision, with identifiable research output
  6. Familiarity with research data governance and human ethics principles and their application to the analysis of data
  7. Highly proficient in computer programs and experience with managing multiple databases
  8. Demonstrated ability to travel between the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network Randwick and Westmead sites, as directed
