- Demonstrated high level experience in a Paediatric/Neonatal ICU environment in either a clinical or ICT application support role.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of clinical workflows and models of care within the Paediatric/Neonatal ICU environment and the integration requirements internal and external to the ICU.
- Demonstrated current experience working with clinical information systems, such as eRIC as well as experience in using other applications such as Microsoft Office, report writing etc and data interpretation skills.
- Demonstrated high level of organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise workload and meet deadlines as a team member in an environment of continuous change and pressure
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with proven capacity or aptitude to teach, instruct and support staff in the use of new technologies and to support change.
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of staff, managers and external organisations.
- A current, unrestricted driver's license. Must be able to work on site minimum of two days per week at each campus ie Westmead (CHW) and Randwick (SCH)
- High level understanding of technical components relating to a clinical information systems in a critical care environment (e.g. networking principles, database relationships, integration requirements and device connectivity).

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
