A fantastic opportunity exists to join our proactive and contemporary team to provide a high level of leadership, direction and support in safety and wellbeing. Located in Wagga Wagga, you will have the Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and other services on the Wagga Wagga Health Campus as your primary clients, as well as assisting clients at other regional health facilities.
You will provide timely advice and support around safety management, whilst ensuring proactive regulatory and statutory compliance. Your extensive experience in the development of policy and procedures and a demonstrated experience of actively contributing to strategic direction are paramount to your success in this role.
Your focus will be in ensuring that MLHD facilities continue to recognise the importance of safety culture and the benefits of fostering employee wellbeing.
