About the Role
As a Rostering Support Officer, you’ll be an integral part of our broader People & Culture team, supporting staff and managers across the district. This is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

You'll help ensure staff rosters, leave and pay are accurate and compliant with contracts and Awards. You'll also be responsible for generating and interpreting complex reports, and providing consistent, high-quality advice on policies, systems and processes.
