Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated cash handling and electronic payment experience with the ability to ensure correctness of all types of receipts and to perform daily reconciliations to support end of day balances, which satisfy audit requirements.
- Experience in responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to respond and work with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills including working under limited direction and guidance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and software packages including (but not limited to) Power Billing and Revenue Collection (PBRC), Patient administration systems, Oracle, Revenue portal and Microsoft Office applications with the ability to extracts and reports data.
- Demonstrates high level of attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow detailed instructions as well as show initiative and proactive customer service approach to work.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
