Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board, AHPRA.
- Current class C driver’s licence or equivalent.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical/administrative demands.
- Evidence of advanced clinical skills and demonstrated significant experience in the provision of occupational therapy services in the rehabilitation setting.
- Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve and set priorities in complex situations.
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes with other staff as well as use evidence to guide clinical practice.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of Level 1 /2 staff and students.
