- Qualification recognised for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and demonstrated experience as an Occupational Therapist Level 2 or above.
- Demonstrated ability to apply expert knowledge, facilitating education and training and meeting supervision/mentoring needs of less experienced staff.
- Extensive experience implementing contemporary principles and practices in mental health rehabilitation and recovery oriented service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong clinical leadership and to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated effective time management, problem solving skills and a proven ability to lead the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of systems and programs.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders ability to provide consultancy and reports on complex issues and service provision.
- Current NSW Class C Driver’s License.
