What you will bring to the role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated extensive, recent experience and clinical skill in the provision of care to children 0-5 years and their families/carers as a registered nurse including completion of a new graduate RN program or 12 months full time equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communications written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel. Ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
