Registered Nurse Mental Health, Northern Beaches Assertive Outreach Team (NBAOT)

- Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated, comprehensive mental health assessment and crisis intervention experience. Demonstrated experience and skills in suicide risk, assessment and management.
- Experience working in community mental health and a demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act.
- Extensive case management/care coordinator skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Proficient working with data systems and computer skills, in particular knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Software.
- Current NSW Drivers' licence.
