Selection Criteria

  1. Current experience in a Human Resources / Recruitment environment with demonstrated understanding of end-to-end recruitment within a large and complex organization.
  2. Demonstrated experience with providing recruitment advice to customers via phone, email, and/or in person.
  3. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and relationship management skills including the capacity to successfully relate to managers and prospective employees.
  4. Demonstrated high level organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent activities whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage personal workload with the ability to identify priorities whilst managing workload in accordance to timeframes and key performance indicators.
  7. Strong customer service skills with a focus and responsive approach to managing a large volume of enquiries whilst maintaining confidentiality.
  8. Demonstrated proficiency in using eRecruit and HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
