  1. Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner - Diagnostic Radiography.
  2. Hold a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent and must have at least 2 full years’ experience to apply, i.e. Radiographer Level 2 Grade 2.
  3. Hold a current NSW EPA Radiation Licence.
  4. Demonstrate extensive experience in at least one specialty area (e.g. CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Angiography/Interventional, Mammography/Breast Imaging, PACS) with high-level competence to perform a full range of area specific complex examinations both in regular working hours and in an on-call setting.
  5. Demonstrate effective clinical and non-clinical communication through the use information technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal and team building skills.
  6. Demonstrate experience and sound knowledge of daily operation of imaging services in a multidisciplinary hospital setting.
  7. Demonstrate experience in supervision and people management with examples relevant to specialty areas.
  8. Demonstrate excellent organisation skills and experience working in high volume and demanding Medical Imaging department with capacity to prioritize and multi task.
