About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the St Vincents Health Network Sydney.

This role is part of the patient safety and quality team. Your responsibilities will include, supporting the Quality Lead in supporting preparation for accreditations across the network. Supporting incident review and review of quality data with allocated stream and from this information supporting development and implementation of improvement initiatives.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia

2. Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in health care, health administration or Quality and Safety.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review standards and policy directives and apply to the hospital environment

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders on multiple levels.

5. Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to organise a high-volume workload within agreed timeframes and be able to write accurate and logical professional correspondence with close attention to detail.

6. Demonstrated commitment to a continuous improvement culture.

7.Well-developed computer literacy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook, and skills in document management systems.
