Quality and Innovation Lead
- A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Thorough understanding of quality improvement principles in the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and demonstrated experience in applying quality improvement methodology
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex, detailed and innovative strategies in a coherent manner
- Ability to undertake project planning, implementation and evaluation
- Highly developed strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated strength in solving patient and staff concerns
- Demonstrated effective planning and organising skills in a high-volume work environment with the ability to deliver multiple outcomes, make complex judgements and take initiative within delegated responsibilities and timeframes
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and work collaboratively with a range of clinicians and non-clinicians

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
