- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia
- Fourth (or greater) postgraduate year, Completion of 4 years of the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) Integrated Training Programme (ITP) and successful completion of the RANZCOG Fellowship exam by commencement of the contract or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in teaching junior medical staff.
- Interest in research, audit and quality assurance projects undertaken by the department.
- Be able to deliver ultrasound services to pregnant women with senior supervision is expected.
- Demonstrated experience or interest in Maternal Fetal Medicine would be preferable.
