- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fifth (or greater) postgraduate year, Completed four years of RANZCOG integrated training Program
- Successful completion of RANZCOG Part II examinations is preferable
- Sound Gynaecological surgical and Obstetrics knowledge.
- Previous active participation in research. Experience and willingness to participate in teaching junior medical staff is expected with excellent supervision skills.
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to function as a senior member of the Obstetric team including co-ordinating management of complex Obstetrics patients and junior staff.
- Will participate in O & G overtime
