- Qualifications and experience commensurate with the Essential Requirements for the role, which meet the ANZCA criteria to fill a Provisional Fellow position (please address these in your response)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a supervised environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team with an understanding of the roles of the medical officer and other members of the healthcare team
- Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, family members and other members of the health care team
- Demonstrated advanced organisational and time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management
- Evidence of continuing professional development and commitment to self-education
- Availability and capacity to participate in a 24 hour/seven day rotating roster which includes working all shifts, all days of the week including public holidays and work between services and geographical locations to deliver patient care
International Medical Graduates should demonstrate that their qualifications and experience have been assessed by the Australian & New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) and upload any supporting documentation to their application for consideration.
