MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
Successful completion of the examination process for RANZCOG.
Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and judgment with experience in basic laparoscopy.
Preparedness and ability to work independently or in a supervised environment.
Demonstrate teamwork, time management and problem solving skills in the clinical setting.
Experience and willingness to teach junior medical staff/medical students and midwives, and a commitment to quality improvement, research, patient safety and risk management.
Prepared to participate in after hours and on-call work as required.
