- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or relevant work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in Project Management, Redesign, Change and Improvement Science and/or Leadership.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and delegation skills with a strong customer service approach.
- Detailed knowledge of contemporary issues in management including financial, human resource and organisational management.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to workplace issues.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the development of policy and processes in accordance with approved guidelines.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
