We are looking for someone who can:
Foster effective communication, information exchange and cooperative work arrangements across the ECI and partner organisations including the Ministry of Health, Clinical Excellence Commission, Health Education and Training Institute, Bureau of Health Information and Local Health Districts/ Specialty Health Networks.
Contribute to the creation and execution of state-wide projects across various localities to support the delivery of emergency care. This includes budget allocation, program promotion, management, reporting and evaluation.
Manage multiple projects and activities in a complex environment dealing with and influencing senior management and external stakeholders to meet project needs in a timely manner.

What you will be doing
The Emergency Care Institute (ECI) Project Officer will promote, develop, implement and monitor strategic change management programs, projects and initiatives that will improve the level and quality of service delivery in LHDs/SHNs across NSW. This role will also provide high level policy advice and executive support functions to senior committees and taskforces.
The role will work collaboratively with ACI Networks, LHD/SHN managers and clinicians and other key stakeholders to facilitate the contribution of key internal and external stakeholders in the innovation of new programs, frameworks and models of care across the state.

Employment Type: Full Time Permanent (Part Time considered for the right candidate)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3
Remuneration: $122,850.00 - $139,559.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection Criteria / Questions
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide expert advice which is strategic and adds value to a project at a statewide level.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of local/regional projects, frameworks and/or initiatives with statewide application.
- An understanding of the contemporary issues, challenges and directions facing emergency health care services
