Selection Criteria

Tertiary qualifications in health sciences, advanced project management or equivalent experience in a complex health facility

Proven management expertise at a senior level, with previous experience in managing financial resources in the health care setting

Excellent strategic planning and demonstrated ability to meet objectives within stated project timeframes. Detailed understanding of project methods and tools, particularly as they relate to technical project delivery environments

Demonstrated high level problem solving skills and related experience, with capacity to successfully develop, monitor and reach predicted outcomes to strategic and business plans. Competent to make complex judgements and take initiative through delegated responsibilities.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal.

Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders, individually and in multidisciplinary groups
