Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience in overseeing effective change in a health service, including industrial, operational commissioning, communications, risk management;
  2. Highly developed negotiation consultation and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders and objectivity in decision-making;
  3. Project management experience in the construction setting delivering outcomes on time and within budget;
  4. Demonstrated experience in policy, planning and /or service development, including analysis and resolution of complex issues;
  5. Understanding of inter-relationship between models of care, facility options and departmental operational policies and procedures;
  6. Experience and/or knowledge of ‘Clinical Redesign or AIM Methodology’ for change management as recommended by NSW Ministry of Health;
  7. Well-developed written and oral communications skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the project team, district management and key stakeholders.
  8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
