About us
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
About the Opportunity
The Program Manager, Clinical Quality Registries plays a strategic and operational leadership role in advancing the Agency for Clinical Innovation's (ACI) approach to enabling Clinical Quality Registries (CQRs). This position is central to the development and implementation of the Trans Gender and Diverse Clinical Quality Registry and ACI's CQR maturity model strategy, which aims to transition traditional registries into integrated, data-driven systems that support continuous quality improvement, clinical decision-making, and health system innovation.
By providing expert guidance, stakeholder engagement, and change management support, the Program Manager ensures that CQRs are not only technically sound but also aligned with broader organisational goals. The role fosters collaboration across ACI clinical networks, local health districts, specialty health networks and other key partners to build capability, promote data literacy, and embed CQR use into routine practice. Ultimately, this position contributes to a more connected and responsive health system that leverages registry data to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
