About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your Building Services and asset management expertise to some of NSW’s most significant health infrastructure programs. Working across the full project lifecycle, you will provide strategic leadership and technical advice to support the planning, design, construction, commissioning and handover of complex engineering systems.
Partnering with NSW Health stakeholders, project teams, consultants and contractors, you will influence outcomes, manage technical risk and drive collaboration to deliver high-quality, compliant and future-focused infrastructure solutions.
As a trusted leader, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee governance and assurance processes, and help deliver projects that improve healthcare environments and create lasting benefits for communities across NSW.
This is a fixed term full-time opportunity for two years period. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About you
We are looking for a collaborative and influential Building Services professional with strong program delivery experience in complex infrastructure environments. You will bring the ability to lead across competing priorities, build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and confidently manage technical risks and challenges to achieve project outcomes. With a proactive and solutions-focused approach, you will translate complex technical information into practical advice, focusing on providing sound decisions that balance cost, risk and performance, and drive continuous improvement.
