This highly valued role is in the Workplace Relations Branch of the People, Culture and Governance Division of the NSW Ministry of Health. As well as providing HR services for the Ministry, the Branch sets the employment terms and conditions for NSW health staff and develops and implements workplace policies, advice, and various workplace relations initiatives for NSW Health entities.

Targeted Questions
The targeted questions should be created by referring to the focus capabilities for the role. Use questions that are open ended and allow candidates to give examples of previous work/study to support the demonstration of at least 2 focus capabilities. These questions will also assist you at the shortlisting stage.

- Provide an example where you have had to provide advice or manage an issue in relation to a staffing dispute/issue. What was the situation, what actions did you take and what was the outcome? (max 200 words).
