Selection Criteria:

 

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health related field and / or relevant equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience
  2. Demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of the processes of health care for people with a mental health condition and complex health needs including social care
  3. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in the approach to complex problem solving with the ability to negotiate, network, manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  4. High level interpersonal communication skills including consultation, conflict resolution and advocacy
  5. Demonstrated skills and experience in project management involving multiple key stakeholders
  6. Demonstrated excellent written skills with the ability to prepare briefings, Service Level Agreements and other health related reports
  7. High level skills with MS software and the ability to learn and adapt to new database / statistic software
  8. Willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position
