Selection Criteria
- Relevant health related qualification and/or experience in the field of medical oncology clinical research and clinical trials.
- Experience working in, or dealing with, sponsors and industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with training & education of trials staff including principal investigators & sub-investigators.
- Demonstrated high level leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication including report writing applicable in both a research and administrative context.
- Demonstrated negotiation and delegation skills.
- Experience managing quality improvement projects and the capacity to design objectives and implement required changes.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritise and manage competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated understanding of the legislation, codes and guidelines relevant to clinical trials and research ethics.
