What will you bring to the role:
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with APHRA Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, management or working towards attainment.
- Demonstrated skills in quality improvement/redesign projects and the associated change management.
- Demonstrated sound financial skills with an ability to interpret financial reports
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing staff to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Proven ability to assess nursing utilisation and resource requirements within agreed targets.
- Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position.
