- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and current NSW Driver’s License (if required by service).
- Minimum of 5 years Clinical Nursing Experience in Sexual Health and Blood Borne Viruses or related field.
- Post-graduate qualifications or experience as a Nursing Unit Manager or relevant, or a combination of study and work experience with a demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- A demonstrated knowledge and experience in people and service management and delivery of health care services.
- Proven ability in innovative clinical service delivery, strategic planning and practice development.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to engage, enable and manage teams.
- Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and articulate and achieve a vision for nursing services.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities and workload within resource limited environment.
