What you will bring to the role:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency AHPRA) Registered Nurse Division 1
- Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nursing Unit Manager - Level 1 or Acting Clinical Nursing Unit Manager - Level 1 / Team Leader experience in a critical care environment
- Demonstrated relevant clinical nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing/midwifery staff
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills including problem solving, balancing competing demands and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Postgraduate nursing qualifications in management, or working towards same
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster Mornings, Evenings & Nights 7 days week
