Nurse Manager Virtual Care Service

1. Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and relevant management tertiary qualification and/or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
2. Proven ability to function as part of a leadership team, working successfully with other professionals and disciplines in the management of health care services, including strategic planning, service development, change / project management, and the development, implementation, and evaluation.
3. Demonstrated high level leadership skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and manage staff to achieve service and organisational goals utilising recognised change management principles.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing a complex service with competing demands for access, throughput, and resources With proven high level negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal.
