Nurse Manager ICU
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); recognized post graduate/tertiary qualifications in health or working towards the same, including ongoing engagement in professional development to further enhance their management and leadership competencies.
- Recent management experience in an acute hospital setting inclusive of an understanding of ICU and Human Resource Management issues.
- Proven ability to contribute to, and advance the operational/business plans for Nursing services, coordinate the process of organisational change, monitor and evaluate Nursing resource allocations.
- Demonstrated experience in building, leading and managing teams to capitalise on team diversity and deliver achievement of key performance indicators.
