Selection Criteria
- Current registration with the National Registration Board – APHRA.
- Extensive post graduate experience within an Emergency service.
- Health Services Management qualifications (or working towards).
- Relevant experience to include HR processes, recruitment & retention, financial management and operational management.
- Proven highly developed communication skills, negotiation and delegation skills within a multidisciplinary team framework.
- Proven ability to actively manage the accreditation process and setting standards to exceed benchmarks.
- Demonstrated ability in quality improvement processes, clinical practice improvement and review of evidence based practice to effectively manage change in the service.
