- Holds APHRA Registration as a Registered Nurse AND holds post registration clinical or educational nursing qualifications relevant to either Critical Care or Simulation Based Education.
- Demonstrates an ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Computer literacy and demonstrated ability to work with learning management systems. Ability to operate simulators and audio-visual equipment is desirable.
- Effective educational leadership, with experience designing and delivering training programs for multi-disciplinary users in either simulation or critical care along with relevant project management skills.
